Who we are

This website is run by Nemetan (Mike Kelly), which is the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us at info@nemetan.com.

Ireland: Ireland

What we collect and why

Download forms. When you request a download we collect your first name, work email, company and number of employees. We use them to give you the download, to understand which companies our material reaches, and to follow up about the topic of the download where that's relevant to your business. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request and developing our business.

Marketing emails. If you tick the box on a form, we will send you occasional emails about customer sustainability requirements. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting us.

Emails you send us. If you email us, we use what you send to reply and to provide any service you ask for.

Who processes it for us

Form submissions are stored in Mailchimp, operated by Intuit Inc. in the United States. Transfers are covered by the safeguards Mailchimp provides under UK and EU data protection law. Our website is hosted by HostGator, and our email by Google. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep download and marketing contacts until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and review inactive contacts at least every two years. Correspondence about services is kept for as long as we need it for the work and for our legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email info@nemetan.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).
